Three Bears Wellbeing and Massage is a private practice massage therapy studio run by Joshua Andersson that specializes in a mixture of Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, and Table Modified Thai Massage modalities bringing the highest quality of massage to its clients. Although relaxation is a possible outcome, the bodywork is specialized to facilitate the function, movement, and reduction of pain in the client's body through deep intentional connection and manipulation of soft and skeletal tissue.

A full-body treatment, with the main focus being on the manipulation of Muscular and Skeletal tissue through deep specific connections to encourage the healthy functioning of the body and to address specific areas of tension or pain.
Sports Massage
Tailed to exclusively work on the problem that is presenting or help recuperate from competitions or simply a busy life. It incorporates more stretching, range of motion, compressions, and different specialized techniques to encourage healing and the best function of your body.
Swedish Massage
A Massage focused on calming and relaxing bodywork to help facilitate falling into the parasympathetic, with lighter pressure without the focus on deeper muscle or skeletal manipulation to facilitate wellbeing.
